Monte Clerigos Beach

The beach close to the rental house we were staying at was Monte Clerigos Beach, basically all you had to do was walk down the hill and there you had the beach.

First thing I saw when I went for a little walk before heading onto the beach was this YARNBOMBED lamppost. I loved it, someone had actually come along and thought to yarnbomb this boring little beach area!!! Fantastic, maybe more people can add to it!!

I found a little pond close by with tiny fish and some frogs and plenty of dragonflies buzzing around, some about 10cm in length and bright blue, just wasn’t able to get any decent photos of them as they weren’t still long enough for me to do so.

Not wanting to lay out in the sun, I decided to go for a walk on the rocks, and saw some amazing rock formations and some small and big fish. I did take photos of the fish, but they’re not too clear. There’s plenty of (large) pebbles around and slate, wish I could have brought home some of them, but I didn’t have a bag to bring them back with me, besides once home the pebbles never seem to look the same as on the beach.
