Crochet Flowers – Columbian Rose

Someone posted a request for translation on one of the Ravelry groups I belong to. The first link led to a video of someone making a crochet flower, a Columbian Rose. Now I’m not too good at crochet, but the flower looked really nice and quite simple to make, and I decided to try making one myself.

My first attempt came out quite good, and I decided to attach it to my knitting pin. This is my second attempt at the flower, I added another layer of “petals” which made it a lot fuller. I turned this one into a ring.
