TEST KNIT – Toys – Hedgehog

So for those of you who still haven’t figured out what the piece of knitting was going to turn into from yesterday’s post, your wait it over, here is the finished item (I guess the heading of the post already gives it away).

I completed this little guy in about 3.5hrs, it really was a super quick knit. I ended up using only 10g of the dark brown (BMG Baby col. 617 – approximately 32m/35.2yds) and 5g of the beige (BMG Baby col. 611 – approximately 16m/17.6yds) with 3mm circulars. The pattern called for DPNs, but I decided to use the Magic Loop method which I prefer, and it turned out really well.

Isn’t he just super cute, now to make the rest of his family.
